The first Company in the Group was established by Mr. Om Prakash Kedia in Year 1959, to manufacture Edible Oils and to process Pulses. Thereafter the Group undertook rapid expansion and diversification in various industrial sectors. Most of the factories are located around the Historic city of Hyderabad the Capital of Andhra Pradesh. The present Annual Turnover of the Group exceeds Rs.1000 Million.

ROPP Caps (Bharat Tubes and Tin Printers Pvt. Ltd.)

Bharat Tubes is a part of Om Kedia Group. Bharat Tubes is the manufacturer, Supplier and Exporter of Roll On Pilfer Proof ( ROPP ) Caps to the packaging Industry both domestic and international. The Group has Multiple Production Units having a huge Production Capacity.

Roll On Pilfer Proof caps are the most commonly used bottle caps by the pharmaceutical and the liquor industry. ROPP caps are the most economical solution for sealing the bottle.

Sponge Iron (Reactive Metals of India Pvt. Ltd.)

Reactive Metals of India is one of the latest high-tech venture of the Om Kedia Group. This plant can produces 40,000 tonnes of Sponge Iron per annum from Iron Ore. The products are Sponge Iron Lumps and Sponge Iron Fines. These are used in Induction Furnace manufacturing Mild Steel (MS).

We are one of the lowest cost producers of quality sponge iron in Andhra Pradesh and even India.
